Mass Claims: an International Journal with a European Focus is a unique publication that provides a comprehensive overview of inter-jurisdictional developments in the field of collective redress. It also covers non-legal issues relevant to mass claims, such as funding and economics. The journal brings together academics, practitioners, members of the judiciary and policy makers active in the area of mass claims. The wide network of expert contributors report on key European legislation and case law, but also pay close attention to relevant issues outside of Europe – including Australia, Canada, Israel and the United States. This makes the journal a leading commentary on the most recent developments in collective redress. The publication uses various formats and focuses on collaborative submissions, ensuring that no pertinent angles are left out. The covered jurisdictions are: Austria, Belgium, Central and Eastern EU, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Pan-EU, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. For each jurisdiction, on average two national rapporteurs with broad academic and professional experience will flag relevant cases and national policy and legislation developments that have a wider impact on mass claims litigation in Europe.

Subscription Options 2025

A. Basic Subscription:
A personal online subscription for one user: €879. With a personal login code, you have access to the digital archive on our website, and all articles are available for unlimited consultation.

B. Subscription to the Digital Information Package:
We offer law firms the option to subscribe to a comprehensive information package. This package includes all journal titles, complete with full archives, starting from €8,674 (excl. VAT). All titles can be accessed without restriction by the entire firm. The package price is based on the total number of legal professionals employed at your firm, excluding tax lawyers.

If you would like more information about the package, please contact us at klantenservice@denhollander.info. The journals, including their archives, are also available digitally via the content integrators Legal Intelligence and Rechtsorde BV.

Access via Content Integrator:
For access to content through a content integrator, such as Legal Intelligence or Rechtsorde, a fixed annual fee per user is charged. This fee applies regardless of the number of subscriptions and is in addition to the fee paid to the content integrator.

Notifications:
You will receive a notification when a new journal issue is published. This notification can be disabled in your account settings if desired.

Subscription Start and Duration:
Subscriptions can be initiated through our website and will commence on a date of your choice. The duration is 12 months.

If the chosen start date does not align with an existing subscription at Den Hollander, the new subscription will be linked to the term of the current one. In such cases, the rate for the remaining period of the current year will be calculated on a pro rata basis, provided the subscription is continued for the following year.

All subscriptions are subject to our general terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy:
Subscriptions may only be cancelled in writing, no later than one month before the end of the current subscription year. If not cancelled in time, the subscription will be automatically renewed for one year.

All prices are excluding VAT and any additional charges imposed by the content integrator.
