Den Hollander B.V. hereby declares that all material published by it, including but not limited to legal journals, articles, annotations, commentaries and other copyright-protected material ("Content"), may not be used for text and data mining as referred to in article 15o of the Dutch Copyright Act (Auteurswet).
Although article 15o of the Dutch Copyright Act permits the use of copyright-protected material for text and data mining under certain conditions, Den Hollander B.V. explicitly reserves the right to use its content for this purpose. It is therefore not permitted, without the prior written consent of Den Hollander B.V., to automatically download, extract, collect or otherwise process its content in any way for the purposes referred to in article 15o of the Dutch Copyright Act.
This statement applies to both existing and future publications of Den Hollander B.V., regardless of the manner of distribution or storage.
