Introduction

Het Tijdschrift voor Staatssteun is het eerste tijdschrift in Nederland dat volledig gewijd is aan het staatssteunrecht en aanverwante rechtsgebieden, zoals de concurrentieregels bij openbare dienstverlening. Het tijdschrift brengt alle recente ontwikkelingen in wetgeving, beleid en rechtspraak in beeld. De redactie is samengesteld uit specialisten uit de advocatuur, de academische wereld, de Europese Commissie en de overheid. Het tijdschrift is vooral bedoeld als praktijktijdschrift, maar bevat ook overzichtsartikelen, (wetenschappelijke) opinies, jurisprudentie, en nieuws en actualia.
