Inleiding

Compliance, Ethics & Sustainability (CES)

The Journal Compliance, Ethics and Sustainability (CES) aims at compliance professionals, both within financial
companies as well as at (other) listed companies. CES is published six times a year. Each edition has a specific theme.

CES is a substantive professional journal for compliance officers in Europe. The reach among financials and their supervisors in The Netherlands is 100%. Furthermore, the magazine is increasingly making its way to larger listed companies throughout Europe. In addition, the magazine is available to all central government employees (approximately 100,000 employees), Parliament and all departments, all judicial authorities and 9 universities and colleges in the Netherlands and Belgium.

In addition to articles related to the theme, each edition also has room for articles about
other relevant and current topics for the target group. CES appears merely online (in xml and in PDF form).

Omschrijving

The promotion of integrity as a phenomenon has become an indispensable part of our current society. It is also increasingly important for (listed) companies and financial institutions, in the context of their 'corporate identity', that they show that they are serious when it comes to maintaining compliance and integrity within their own organization. The compliance officer is increasingly regarded as the guardian of the integrity of the institution. But what does this mean? And does the compliance professional have the knowledge and skills to fill the position according to current and future standards? The Journal for Compliance answers these questions through both practice-oriented and scientific articles that contribute to the positioning of today's compliance professional.

The magazine is published with 6 special issues per year, some of which are bundled in 1 edition.

Abonnement-mogelijkheden 2025:

A. Basisabonnement: een persoonlijk online abonnement voor 1 gebruiker: € 653. Met een persoonlijke inlogcode heeft u toegang tot het digitaal archief op onze website en alle artikelen zijn onbeperkt raadpleegbaar.

B. Een abonnement op het digitaal informatiepakket:

Advocatenkantoren bieden wij de mogelijkheid aan om een informatiepakket af te nemen. Dit pakket omvat alle tijdschrifttitels uiteraard met volledig archief vanaf € 8674 excl. Btw . Alle titels zijn onbeperkt raadpleegbaar voor het gehele kantoor. De pakketprijs is gebaseerd op het totaal aantal juristen werkzaam bij uw kantoor, fiscaal juristen niet meegerekend. Indien u meer informatie wenst over het pakket neem dan contact met ons op (klantenservice@denhollander.info). De tijdschriften inclusief archief zijn eveneens digitaal te raadplegen via de content integrators Legal Intelligence en Rechtsorde BV.

Toegang via contentintegrator: Voor het ontsluiten van content via een contentintegrator, zoals Legal Intelligence of Rechtsorde, wordt per gebruiker een vaste jaarlijkse vergoeding in rekening gebracht. Dit geldt ongeacht het aantal afgesloten abonnementen en komt bovenop de vergoeding die u aan de contentintegrator betaalt.

Middels een notificatie wordt u op de hoogte gesteld van het verschijnen van een nieuwe tijdschrifteditie. U kunt deze notificatie desgewenst uitschakelen via uw account.

Abonnementen kunnen via onze website worden afgesloten en gaan in op een door u gekozen datum. De looptijd bedraagt 12 maanden.

Wanneer de ingangsdatum niet aansluit op een reeds lopend abonnement bij Den Hollander, wordt het nieuwe abonnement gekoppeld aan de looptijd van het bestaande abonnement. In dat geval wordt het tarief voor de resterende periode van het lopende jaar naar rato berekend, op voorwaarde dat het abonnement ook voor het volgende jaar wordt voortgezet.
Op alle abonnementen zijn onze algemene voorwaarden van toepassing.

Abonnementen kunnen alleen schriftelijk tot een maand voor afloop van het lopende abonnementsjaar worden opgezegd. Bij niet-tijdige opzegging wordt het abonnement automatisch voor een jaar verlengd.

Prijswijzigingen voorbehouden. Op al onze abonnementen zijn de Algemene voorwaarden van toepassing.
