Kamerbrief met betrekking tot aanpassing kostenkaders AFM en DNB 2019-2020

Op 6 december 2018 heeft MinFin de Tweede Kamer een brief gestuurd over de aanpassing van de kostenkaders van de AFM en DNB voor 2019 en 2020. In de brief wordt eveneens ingegaan op de gevolgen van de Brexit op het financieel toezicht.

Beantwoording kamervragen met betrekking tot witwastoezicht financiële instellingen

In de Kamerbrief komen de volgende onderwerpen aan de orde: i) een analyse van de tekortkomingen van het huidige (AML) raamwerk, ii) het gebrek aan een impact assessment, iii) de Europese aanpak intensivering samenwerking toezichthouders, iv) informatie-uitwisseling tussen toezichthouders, v) nieuwe taken van EBA en de positie van nationale toezichthouders, vi) administratieve lasten en toezichtkosten en vii) strafrechtelijke vervolging van betrokkenen bij witwaspraktijken.
