Organisations of all kinds are increasingly focusing on diversity. However, it is not easy to analyse and measure the diversity within an organisation. We spoke with Michael Walmsley, the Chief Experience Officer of Diversity Atlas,to discover his insights .

Michael, when was Diversity Atlas founded, and how has it evolved to where it is today?

Our parent company, Cultural Infusion, was founded in 2001, with the vision of fostering cultural harmony by bringing intercultural experiences into schools, universities and companies more broadly.

 

Diversity Atlas itself was launched in 2020 in response to an increasing need within organisations to track diversity and inclusion in a rigorous and quantitative way.
