Consultatie wijziging Besluit bekostiging financieel toezicht 2019
Op 10 juni 2020 is het gewijzigde Besluit bekostiging financieel toezicht 2019 ter consultatie voorgelegd. Het gewijzigde besluit strekt tot aanpassing van de procentuele verdeling van toezichtkosten van de AFM tussen de verschillende categorieën instellingen. De aanpassing komt, onder andere, voort uit een afname van de geraamde kosten voor toezicht op nieuwe toetreders als gevolg van de uittreding van het Verenigd Koninkrijk uit de Europese Unie en een aanpassing van de toedeling van kosten voor marktmisbruiktoezicht. De consultatie is geëindigd op 7 juli 2020.
