Roland Notermans has more than 25 years of experience in compliance and business conduct programs. Initially as Head of Compliance and Legal Affairs of the medical division of Royal Philips with more than 30,000 employees. Then as Senior Vice President,  and Head of Compliance of the Dutch Philips organization. Since 2011 he has his own consulting firm NUX Compliance Consultancy. The firm advises organizations on their existing compliance program and guides them for short or longer periods of time to take their own compliance, ethics & business conduct programs to the next level.
